Nucid BH

An acidifier in powder form to be used in poultry feed. It contains glycerides of butyric acid combined with natural Phytobiotics.

The monobutyrin has strong antimicrobial effect mainly against gramnegative bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella and against C. perfringens.

The di- and tributyrin have effect on growth promotion, improves villus morphology, increases digestive enzyme levels, increases immunoglobulin levels, and decreases pro-inflammatory cytokines.

The phytogenic component of nucid BH, is a natural phytobiotic, a prebiotic combination based on Humulus lupulus, Triticum aestivum and Chicory roots that maintain the gut balance with bactericide, immunostimulant and prebiotic effects.
