Gulf Vet Group does not control or take back items once the customer bought it/opened them. However, if the customer rejects the items due to a visible defect, the items will be replaced or the customer will be refunded.

If the customer accepts the items and then decided to return them back to us, they will have to contact the pharmacy and they will have to provide a valid reason. The Pharmacy will check if the items are not opened or in a good condition to be returned. Once accepted, we shall verify the returned items with the customer to proceed with the replacement or refund if any.
